Non-ferrous metal separators

Eddy current separators (R-SPM)
The Eddy Current Separator (R-SPM) is able to separate the Non-Ferrous metals from the rest of the materials due to its studied magnetic assembly called the “Inductor Drum”, which rotates at high speed. When a Non-Ferrous Metal crosses the induced magnetic field, it undergoes a repulsion effect and jumps a certain distance ahead of the Foucault drum and away from the rest of the materials.
CANS & BRIKS1 SORTER
The Cans & Briks1 SORTER (R-SLB) is classifying equipment that processes the flow of material made up of cans and briks1 that are previously separated from the general flow of the Municipal Solid Waste by means of an Eddy Current Separator. The cans undergo the most influence and are thrown ahead, where they are distinctly separated from the briks.

Inductive detection and blowing (R-SIM)
The Metal Separator by Inductive Detection and Blowing (R-SIM) can separate the metals from the rest of the materials. A metal is detected over the acceleration belt. After processing the information at high speed, a complex pneumatic system conducts the blowing of the metal, changing its path and separating it from the natural movement of the rest of the materials.

When a non-ferrous metal crosses the induced magnetic field undergoes a repulsion effect and jumps at some distance ahead Foucault drum and away from other materials.
